Hello you guys,
Just to inform you all that I finally did what I should have done a long time ago ... I updated the bootleg section of the FTP with all my own recordings of SFK ... this includes many live in Europe (France and UK). I know some people, like Katy, have been asking me for this a few times already. So here it goes ... hopefully, this will turn some other bootleggers to share their gigs with the rest of us as well.
So, you can find three acoustic gigs:
- Live at the Glaz' Art in Paris (April 6, 2004)
- Live at Le Triptyque in Paris (May 24, 2004)
- Live at the Australian Embassy in Paris (May 25, 2004) ... I had been invited by Stephanie the previous night, so nice of her!!
and you also can find four band gigs:
- Live at Théâtre de La Mutualité in Paris (June 03, 2003)
- Live at the Mean Fiddler in London (June 05, 2004)
- Live at Wollongong Uni's Bar (March 09, 2006)
- Live at the Metro Theatre in Sydney (May 18, 2006)
For the Australian Embassy gig, they played two times, separated by half an hour ... but the sets were the same! I uploaded the two sets so that you can keep the one you prefer.
Most of these bootlegs come with pictures that I either took myself or find on the official website. There are some awesome shoots for the Wollongong bootleg that some people of the Uni took.
well gotta go now ... it's 6.15am, time to go working!
and please you guys bootleggers, share yours ... that'd be nice!

P.S: Greg, you can find Pinstripe acoustic B-side on the folder Electricity on the FTP.
re-P.S: let me know if you'd be interested in getting a bootleg of End Of Fashion and an acoustic bootleg of Kisschasy both recorded in Sydney ... I'll put them up if anyone's interested.

I've been trying to up some stuff to the FTP server with Cuteftp and not having any luck. Does anyone know if theres a problem with the server at the moment?

how big is the files you trying to upload?
the ftp can only fit 3 gigs and its currently at 2.74gb - with the sfk folder hitting : 2,742,021.48KB
Trying to delete some files and clean up a bit of stuff.

The first file, The Something For Kate J Files is nearly 3 hours at 153MB. I could maybe do it smaller with MP3PRO or MP4? What do you want? I also have heaps of live shows, maybe a dozen from as far back as pre Elsewere that i'd like to put up some time, when you're ready.

if it can be compressed that would be fantastic!
Looking at getting some more space down the road. shold go for some cheap singapor server for 10 gigs for $100 per year. lol. not sure how stable that would be.
