Didn't circa a decade and a bit ago, Ranger Stacy get "totally wild" with Agro the puppet? Well, the guy under the desk with his hand up Agro. Apparently, he used to go the grope under the desk while the show was being filmed.
and I thought it was just innocent children's television.
