Can't say i'm a big fan on Meatloaf but he was in FightClub, and that is pretty damn cool.
Speaking off celebrity encounters, about 4 years ago i had to share an elevator with some of the Backstreet Boys. I was in Belgium working as an intern for an American corporation that will go unnamed (cos its embarrasing), and i had just finished working for the day and walked into the hotel lobby of where we were staying and it was full of teenage girls that were all being held behind a big rope. Once i got pass security and into the elevator there were 3 scrawny pretty boys that i didn't take much notice of and i turned my back to them. Half way up a girl i was working with came in and we got off on the same floor and the 3 other dudes kept going up. Afterwards the girl was freaking out and was doing the whole american girl thing "Oh my god, oh my god, blah blah blah that was the backstreet boys, i'm going to die, can you believe it". I had no idea who they were, which was probably a good thing because if i had i might have done something stupid.
So thats my exciting celebrity encounter, anyone else got any amazing tales?

I would do anything for love but i won't do that no i won't do that...
man i used to love that song when i was however old i was 10 maybe.
Anyway when i was younger i was totally obsessed with a certain aus band and i met them twice but we don't need to discuss that here.
When Paul did his singualarity tour, after he did his soundcheck, he walked straight past me, but i didn't say anything because he didn't look like he wanted to be approached and i was in a little bit of shock!
And i saw Nova Peris-Kneebone at the shopping centre the other day.
I think that's it for me.

Umm.. I used to babysit for Andrew Mason's kids while we were living in the states (he's the producer of Dark City, The Matrix, etc). And when we were in Aspen we had dinner in a restaraunt with Kevin Costner sitting a few tables away. He looked very old.

I saw Mirabai's (from BB2) boyfriend in Coles awhile back...and Mirabai used to go to my school, or so says my English teacher anyway. I also saw some guy from A Country Practice a few years ago...strutting around the shopping centre,. like he was just waiting for someone to approach him, but no one did, lol. That's about the extent of my Celebrity spots. My Mum used to babysit Kram from Spiderbait though, I think thats pretty cool.

every aussie swimmer you can think of - leisel jones, keiran perkins, grant hackett (wanker of the century), giann rooney, so on, blah, blah, blah. also, i swam butterfly with geoff huegill and had lunch with tracey wickham.
plus dempsey of course. and i'm sure there are more, but currently i'm drawing a blank. tada.

Well Jason Whalley ( Frenzal Rhombs singer ) used to live to houses down from my nan and my mum used to babysit him and he was like.....my unlce best friend. ;D Anthony Warlow from the main event ( that thing with Olivia Newton John and John Farhnam ) is my auntys cousin. Scott Drapper the tennis player was married to a second cousin.....but she passed away last year. Kryshna ( i can never spell that right ) Stanton who is a marathon runner is my auntys sister in law. Ummm my second cousin used to be on home and away. She also married the indian man ( I can't recall his name ) from that show Dog Woman. My nans cousin was ( i have no idea how to spell it ) Yellana Dockichs coach. My Uncles brother was Keiran Perkins phsyo during the olympics, he also is the phsyo for the brisbane lions. (AFL) Um there's more but I can't remember at the moment.

I also met David Boon and Allan Border at one of my dads work things, the company he worked for was sponsoring them and it was a free drinks kinda thing that night. Boonie got a bit pissed and told me to fuck off when i went to go talk to him.
Whilst in Tahiti i met the guitarist from Chocolate Starfish, the band with the weird bald guy who sang that song 'Your so Vein'.
General Norman Schwarzkopff (sp) the dude who commanded desert storm.

Claire, I'd have thought your genetic ties lean more towards your dark master Beezlebub.
