hey kids/adoring fans/stalkers/loved ones/miscellaneous,

it is i melanie, for all of you who don't know. yes, it's true, i'm leaving, tonight, for melbourne. sigh. not that it really matters, i just might not be back for like, well, maybe ever. () i might be moving permanently, maybe not. i haven't really decided yet, but having a one-way ticket doesn't leave you lots of options. i guess i'll just see what happens, and figure it out from there. all i know is, if i do come back it wont be for at least a couple of weeks, and any net access, if any at all, will be particularly restricted - so only email and such, most likely. i'll try my best, but apparently that wont be good enough. hopefully no one overtakes me in the post count anytime soon either, because that would just, well, suck. so yeah, basically, bye for at least a while, eh? email me if you want to say hi, and i might be able to drop onto msn and mirc every now and then, if i'm lucky (no more leeching, you blood-suckers!). so, seya, and wish me luck. love you kids.

funnily enough, i've been getting that for the last 2 weeks since i booked the ticket. nobody seemed to care prior to that, of course. my friend is currently trying to convince me i don't need to go, and i'm seriously considering it, but i think i at least need a holiday. i don't think i will move, but anything is possible, i guess.

no, still in melbourne. actually, once i buy my car (hopefully within the next week) i'm planning on a roadtrip with my friend, starting off on a trip to jindabyne (!!) and then up the coast and back to darwin. meaning... chances are we're going through brisbane and canberra and newcastle and sydney and.. you get the point, yes? woo! so yeah, when i know more, i'll let you guys know.
