I was wondering if anyone had any word on wether the producers of the film have started looking for extras at all. Obviously as a comic book fan boy I would give my left nut to get involved in this as an extra, and being a student I am flexible enough to be able to spend as many days are required in Sydney for the shoot.
If anyone has any advice for me, or contact details that might get this happening, please let me know......

A casting company was asking for submissions with the closing date being December 14 so you may be too late.
You could always hang around the set each day if you can find out where they are filming. I've heard many people become extras this way.

Oh well, I guess that ship has sailed. I'm not going to bar attending my classes each weekday so I can hang around a film set in the off chance I might get half a days work as a fluffer.

My boyfriend is the biggest superman fan and has been waiting for this for the past 2 years. Well anyway as far as I know you need an agent even to be an extra, But I still think they are taking names. So it might be worth a try.

Actually with all I've read about it, I haven't heard ... !
I know the pathetically bland Kate Bosworth is going to play Lois Lane unfortunately.
I wish she was still dating Orlando Bloom, so he would follow her alllll the way to Sydney ;D

Some guy that hasn't really been in anything (so little I don't remember his name). They like to pick these kinds of people for Superman, apparently. Like Reeves was before he got the part all those years ago.
