Has anyone... wait of course you all have! Tell us your stories about complete lack of customer service when you goto a shop or something...
The Hungry Jacks in Mackay is bad... if THEY stuff your order up, when you go back to tell them its wrong, they get out the INCORRECT docket and try to tell you that's what you ordered. After you argue with the chick at the desk, the manager will come over and do the same!
Years ago, if they stuffed up your order, you got the stuffed up order AND the correct order for no charge. There's countless other cases of customer service not existing... Tel$tra is a prime example. Don't you all think customer service and satisfaction should be a number 1 goal for these shops?

once at a take away pizza hut at my local shopping centre, i asked for a meatlovers. they had to make one, so i patiently waited ten minutes. i walked over after 15, getting impatient, and the fuckwits had sold it to someone else!!!

The worst offenders would have to be the cityrail staff...OK, you might not really regard them selling you a ticket as customer service persay, but God they shit me! Is it really that much trouble to waddle over to the ticket window and sell one ticket?! Some days I have to stand there for a good 10 mins tapping my change against the counter (as you do...lol!) until they finally get off their arses. Which of course, wouldn't be an issue, if the ticket machines actually worked!

ok, mahcine customer service, arrrrrgrhhhhhh. we had an exursion to for school, which meant living off candy vending machine, why does tha candy get stuck when you most wnat it? does it have sensors or something? it all evens out in the end though - i bought an orange juice just the other day and the vending machine spat out four of them. Four for the price of one! What a friggin bargain! I paid for one, and i got four. I gave three of them away to complete strangers on the train platform, cause what do i need four juices for? Anywayz, i then proceeded to purchase myself a Mars Bar, and who woulda thunk it, mine was the lucky one in six and i got myself a free baa....twas truely a great day. I'm a lucky, lucky guy

One time at at school, I went to buy a Fanta from the machine. I put in the money and it came out, and just as I went to reach for it, I heard a clunking noise, and suddenly the whole line of Fantas in the machine emptied out. About 30 came out-lol! But everyone saw it happen and came rushing over so fast to scab them all that I didn't get any extras-I was lucky to get out with the one that I paid for. I've been lucky-I've gotton a few freebies in my time, but nothing has ever gotton stuck for me.

i have a bad track record with getting things caught in vending machines. even today my chocolate chip cookie got stuck. i was bashing it to shit, and was getting ready to cry when it suddenly fell out. thank god. but there is one, one son-of-a-bitch one, that *always* rips people off - i don't know how many times things have got caught in there for me. though it's also one that i'm used to, so we simply lift and shake, and tada, you end up with all these other things that have fallen out too.

At least your machines take the money...I missed the train because the bloody ticket machine refused to take anything smaller than a $1!! How else is a person supposed to get rid of unwanted poo change? Machines with attitude...now I've seen everything! Even my microwave oven is impatient...

actually, I used to work in customer service, and I hated so many of you arseholes. I had a mantra that I wrote out on my computer, and it went something like this:
"if you expect me to go the extra mile, to work beyond my job description to please you - after you have treated me like your personal football, you are clearly mistaken you pathetic self important wanker"

I'm thrusting myself back into the ugly world of Customer Service - I've just moved from Canberra to Orange, and all of the jobs here (that I am remotely qualified for) seem to be of that ilk.
