does anyone else here find that music is like an oxygen? i find that during tv breaks (when i do actually watch tv) i usually switch on some sort of music.
when i do homework/ assignments i have mp3s blaring, when i do basically anything i do it with music.
anyone else feel the same?

I agree. I've got music going on at least in the background when I am going absolutely everything..........cooking, cleaning, reading, sitting in the sun, making explosive terrorist devices...........

has anyone here read 'the giver'? (Lois Lowry wrote it, we had to read it in yr 7..) anyhow it's about this fictional place/community, sort of a utopia. anyhooo they don't have music, it's banned or something one of the kids there ends up running away from their community (in the winter so it's snowing and he's getting weak etc) and finally finds a different town and the first thing he hears is music he doesn't know what it is but guesses it to be music it's the one thing that stops him giving up and just lieing in the snow to die. it gives him hope  www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/detail/-/books/0440219078/reader/23/ref=lib_dp_TBCV/104-8646216-2931902#reader-linkis where you can find it music gives me hope and yeah i agree, i'm always listening to it and if i can't i'm at least humming it or it's in my head |

yes, I actually starred in an educational presentation of the "Big Bang theory", sans pants. I'm sure you can still buy it on Amazon. Unfortunately, the production was a commercial, if not creative failure.
