from the official site today...finally The One I Love is available...
We recently held a competition on the website giving away tickets to a live filmed recording for 'THE PLAYROOM'. The set along with interviews with the band will be aired on Channel V's 'WhatUWant' on Sat 1st Sept.
This live set of songs is now available for download through iTunes. The set features a rare live version of REM's "The One I Love", a solo acoustic version of "Impossible" along with a live version of The Futurist" with live guest vocals from Bertie Blackman plus great live versions of "Down the Garden Path" and "California".

Oh.... the wait is over.... It is soooo good. I wish it was a real bootleg though, the chat between songs was priceless. The One I Love is amazing, and the Impossible solo is mind blowing!

Yeah i taped it, but i only taped about 10 minutes of the hour of 'what you want' as the rest was just other artists video clips. Very @#$$%@ off .They played Monsters, The one i love and Deja vu but they didn't play impossible  Hopefully it will be on a DVD or something later. Will just have to download it off itunes i suppose. |

Anychance chance to find these songs on the ftp ?
As always, overseas fans can't purchase these tracks via Itunes Australia.
I am OK to pay someone to download them via itunes if necessary.

Just so you know... I got to download the video of the PlayRoom session of Something For Kate, the whole thing... the three songs (monsters, the one I love, déjà vu) and the in-between chats with the band. If someone want the video, just let me know and I will upload it. I could upload it on Laurence's FTP, but I dunno if it's possible because Katy told me it would probably close soon (although it's still online today). I'll probably ask Laurence first if anybody wants it.
The video actually has Something For Kate's session and Thirsty Merc's. I could easily drop Thirsty Merc from the file, but it might interest some of you as well...
anyways, let me know!
