Yeah, always donate your money STRAIGHT to the gang. And set your casino winnings thing to the gang's bank, unless you have some need for the money. I don't know what else you do with money in this game besides buy upgrades. I guess you need them when you come up against tough opponents.
I think consistent playing helps too. If you attack people, you get a higher ranking. You run out of attacks or turns so you stop lifting your rank. Now in about 12 hours, you'll have another 12 attacks to use. If the people you attacked get on and see you raped their arse, they'll look for you to get you back. But if you're out of their range they cant get you so keep raising your ranking!
Someone let me into the gang because when you get up to where I'm ranked, people with no gang are FAIR GAME.
Deane add me to the gang it would be most appreciated. I got 100K in cash + drugs and no where to hide it all. And about 48 people that want to bash the shit out of me and steal it all back! My name is Catphish.

I've had so much fun attacking people without gangs over the past 24 hours - ones that have obviously been attacked before, and have ZERO thugs - it is easy to pick off all of their assets with a House Raid.

If you have them in range and can take their arses down then do it. I'm not building up my thugs until I'm in a gang.

Yes you can!
Someone invite/add these guys to the gang: DoobieBoy and MikJoko
they're my Dealer and Pimp Daddy. I like this game cos you can play it while you leech at 5k/sec.
I worked out, when you click someone to attack them, take note of their followers. The way it works is this:
You know that there's 3 levels of followers. Well, the better someone is in their "field" (Thug, Dealer, Pimp) then the better the types of guys they will attract. For instance, a good Pimp will always attract more Escorts in ratio to WebCam Girls and Street Hos.
If you see someone that's got 0 for the 2 "lower" type followers and some of the best type of follower then they've been getting their arse kicked because lowest followers always die faster compared to good followers.
So basically, pick what type of person you want to be (Thug,Dealer,Pimp) and then just focus on getting people of that following, and focus on building your personality traits of that following. When you go to attack someone, look for this:
Dealers with lots of money probably have hos that you as a Pimp can steal, Pimps with lots of Drugs probably have Dealers you can steal, Thugs are just average and you can probably steal either hos or dealers from them, or you can just go all out against them as a thug and kill off their Thugs.

i still haven't quite worked out the best way of doing well in this game. i looked at the top gang and i think for the next round what we might want to do is:
-all be thugs
-put all your turns into building up strength and guerilla warfare skills
-get as many followers as possible
-create an alliance with in the first few days.
-for awhile at least have all money diverted to the gang bank account, as the faster we get casino's and barracks the better of we are.
-attack as many weak gangs as possible, steal their cash and drugs.
any other suggestions.

definitely put your turns into building your character cos you get more followers just from being idle and the better your character the more followers you get.
do you need mercinaries for anything practical? they just use your drugs and dont seem to do much I think...

you have em if you are gettinga attacked heaps, so they will help kill of intruders but won't come with you on raids.

Click on their name and select the attack buttons. You can only attack them if they're within your range though, and you might want to perform a spy attack on them first and compare their stats to yours. |

Yeah, if you donate money to the gang it can help the gang buy new things like casinos and barracks which help us all. You can set your bank account to make your casino payouts go directly to the gang bang. But you might want to initially keep some of your money so you can buy some upgrades. I see you're a thug so some of the thug upgrades would help you attack other people. grrrr ok done that but even people that i have better stats than i can't beat. It won't let me steal their dealers or hoes. Yeah, depends what you want to be. Do you want to be a thug, a pimp, a dealer, or a mix of them? Raise your stats for what you want to be. |

Cool, i'm getting the hang of it now. This is sweet. I am house raiding heaps of people, but i think they are too scared to fight back cause i'm only attacking ppl who aren't in gangs hahahahah.
Also, when i spy on a lot of ppl's info, it says they have 5000 turns left, but they have really high stats. When you pay the $5 do you get unlimited turns or something?
Is there any other way to increase stats other than paying for it?
