The last time I spoke to her was late 2001. I've lost contact with her now days. Although yeah, I may have mentioned this story before once or twice on Soundczech. Been there yeah. I'm having lunch with her thinking things are going well and she pulls out a photo of her and a guy. "Who's in the photo?" I inquire. "It's my boyfriend" she answers. "Of course" I reply, as I nod my head, roll my eyes, and almost laugh at the predictability of it. I might've known. It hurts don't it. Casey (lust object in question) and I have been getting on ok and I thought maybe he might be interested, then the next day I walk into TAFE and I see HER sitting on HIS lap. It's was a ground swallowing moment. |
