yeah! and with ear plugs you cant really see them....well you can but i dont think anyones going to be looking in your ears at a gig

all i can say is that ear plugs are a necessaity (sp). thank christ i had them when i saw tool - the people around me were bleeding profusively from the ears...not a pretty sight.

you can actually get some moderately expensive reusable ear plugs that actually make the music sound better - they cut out just the high and low ends, leaving the lucious middle, its kinda like breaking a monte carlo in half and ditching the cookie bits.
could be worth an investment.
i got frreeaked by ears - i used to listen to radio head phones most of the time i was travelling, ie to work or uni etc etc ie about 1-3 hours a day. Then i noticed one of the headphone ears was playing up - just a touch of distortion. The scarey bit is - i turned the headphones around, back to front, but the distortion didn't change ears.
i rest my ears. i never want to have to merely remember s4k songs and imagine their new stuff....
