The question is luceluna: are you fit to be a moderator?  Where/what is your experience, wisdom, humility, profound insight into human nature, empathy and impartiality which would arm you with the necessary skills upon which to stand in judgement and be censor? Intelligence which isn't tempered by humanity and compassion is like an beautiful but empty shell on the beach... I for one, wonder about your capacities (I've seen a profound lack of these virtues in the last couple of your posts)... And moderate me? Good luck little boy...better men than you have failed... (BTW, censoring is bad. in fact, it's evil. i was removed from a group of my dearest friends because i fell foul of a moderator who banned my IP adress. luckily, the bonds of flesh and soul are stronger than the messageboard we were a part of (they've all since become disallusioned with the place), but it's yukky nonetheless. so yeah, this is gonna be a censor-free zone under my watch... no locking of risqué posts from me! to katy ) |

Hmmm. The only time anything should hafta be moderated is when a post is intentionally offensive. I had a moderator get jealous about some harmless kidding around his girlfriend and I partook in...like, to the point of locking threads and editing posts...but he's a twat anyway  |
