I used to smoke a bit when I was younger, but it was more bumming it, I hardly inhaled. So cool. But yeah, I used to substitute cigarettes for food and was never hungry. Experimentation? Oh let me see...

has anyone that has smoked in here given up - without the aid of drugs, patches or hypnotherapy, and found ain incredibly increase in their appetite? Yes, that happened to Dave when he gave up cold turkey. Probably because the cigarettes supress your appetite and now you are feeling the hunger you would 'normally' without the ciggies. It was bad at first but seemed to settle down for him. A few girls i know both gave up recently and put on weight though so who knows? ;D

okay - so any women that are considering giving up smoking should think twice, as their arses are likely to blow out proportionately to the habit being given away?

I doubt it. These women were both over 40.
Well, maybe? I friend [my age] was complaining about that when she gave up but she was already overweight so i don't know if that counts.
Maybe if people use a little extra restraint and not eat EVERY time they were hungry and just try and stick to what they normally eat until it settles down?

I've heard that kissing a smoker is just like licking an ashtray... I should know. So things worked out okay with the guy that dislikes SFK?

Yeah going to his band play tonight. He likes to play golf with his mates, is this a common pursuit of young men these days? Or is Tyson just a little strange?

I knew a girl at tafe last year. She was a cigarette smoker. It bothered me for a few seconds but then when I realised that we had a lot in common, a similar sense of humour, and that she was visually appealing... well, it bothered me less.
Then I emailed her and she sounded like a 12 year old using AOL who'd just discovered the internet, if u no wot i mean yea...
But I put that aside, and a good thing too. She turned out to be intelligent and funny in real life.
Oh, but she quit the course two weeks later and I never saw her again.
And so ends my story of me and Cigarette Girl.
