ok mirc is starting to piss me off plus extra bonus much. it won't connect me to dalnet at all while i can get on oz.org no trouble at all ...... could someone please help me  |

But in brief, IRC (Internet Relay Chat) is a program you can use to chat to other people and exchange files. Look at page one of this thread for more information.
