For Sale: Elsewhere/Intermission LP + Scared of CD

I have two items for individual sale

1: Super rare "Elsewhere for 8 minutes" LP in as new condition (only played once), this is also packaged with the 12" EP Intermission. I have seen this on EBay with a starting price of $120 Australian and will accept offers equal to or above this.

2: Scared of Horses CD, also rare as hens teeth, I will start the bidding at $100. This too is in great condition.

its worth $100? thats crazy.....does anyone know the prices for some of their other rare cds? like intermission, or the dean martin single? i cant believe they're that valuable

i just bought intermission for about $80 off ebay, but it usually goes for about $100. and dean martin goes for about $35 or so.
