I have been looking for this picture for ages, its a picture of a retarded boy in the boy scouts or something, he's a downy I think, and there's the group leader handing him a little trophy or something. And it looks really spastic. There's people all clapping in the background and shiznit. It's got the caption "You Win... THE PRIZE!" and I'm pretty sure FatherShark posted it on here years ago and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get it?

Awesome! Thanks for that. I've wanted to use that "you win the prize" image so many times on forum over the years and could never find it.
