A trading tree is primarily for people who do not have bootlegs to trade, however it is open to all! If you do have bootlegs you can trade why not start a trading tree? If you want me to do it on your behalf that's not a problem... just email me -somethingforkaty@hotmail.com.
How it works
Someone will post a show that is on offer. If you would like a copy of the show on offer, simply post stating whether you would like to be a "leaf" or a "branch".
Branch
If you have a cd burner, some free time, and would like to help out you should be a branch. Others will email you disks so that you can make a copy of the show for them.
Leaf
If you don't have a cd burner or you are very busy and don't have time to burn shows, then you should ask to be a leaf.
Once it seems everyone who's interested has posted, a tree will be created listing all of the branches and leaves.
All of the branches will send the required number of cd's for the show in a cd mailer, along with a $1 postage stamp or dollar coin (or if International the amount of postage required) to the person offering the show. The person offering the show will then copy the show onto this CD and mail it back using the same mailer and postage provided.

The leaf will send the required number of cd's for the show in a cd mailer, along with a $1 postage stamp or dollar coin (or if International the amount of postage required) to their branch. The branch will then make a copy of the show for you and mail it back in the same mailer using the postage included.
You can make any sort of deal with the person you are sending CD's to, such as a traditional trade where you both send each other a bootleg.
