Hey, both the women are pretty good if you ask me On the film, He apparently stuck a whole lot of hollywood cliches throughout the whole film and made some sort of use with it. Dunno, I might see it again when I'm pissed off my nut. It might make more sense!

Mulholland drive is probably the best movie that i've seen to date. Everything Lynch does seems to outshine his previous efforts. Who else weeped during "The Elephant man"? I've just finished watching the Twin Peaks series (two sleepless nights and a lot of coffee) and it answered many questions left unanswered by the original movie.
I havent seen Lantana as yet.

do you know that the blonde in mullholland drive is aussie? if you kept your eyes peeled during that flick, you would have noticed quite a few aussies in that film. I have to agree with di i think it was, as the brunette was far more sexy than our lil aussie chick. towards the end of this film, it did become completely confusing...i think the two women almost have a psychotic episode, somehow brought on by the bizzare opera that they went to see, and the little blue box of mystery. It's almost like they had a bad trip or something, and completely get psycho-transported into another dimension. As weird as it was, i still thought it was an excellent flick. i watched lantana and loved it! it was a great film and i really liked how everything linked into everything that was going on...a bit "6 degrees of separation" like, don't you think? i watched "y tu mama tambien" a few nights ago and recommend it! be warned, however, that it is quite raunchy indeed!

what if there was a hot, naked, big-breasted gothic chick who was eating chilli-fried tofu from the 24th floor of a luscious city skyscraper and wanted you to sex her up big time? still fear the goth?

I could probably put my fears aside for a few moments in this particular instance. The power of positive thinking is amazing to say the least!
