I couldn't vote on that one. I think that it really depends on what mood you're in at the time. Their early stuff is definitely louder, then Beautiful Sharks has some louder tracks-Electricity, Hallways and Echolalia is alot softer. But musicaly and lyrical I think they're all brilliant.

Its beautiful sharks for me!.......though it switches between elsewhere and BS, echolalia didnt quite cut the mustard....though it still has some very fine tracks

of course you need another option - you can't simply leave out an ep if you're trying to get a fair opinion.  and life is all about options, so deciding out of what, 5 choices, that don't really matter, isn't that big a deal. i'd rather pick my favourite album then decide on what job i want to do for example. but now i'm just being a weenie, so i'll shut up.  |

I didn't mean for everyone to have a spaz over it, or loose sleep or anything. I was just curious....probably what i really want to know was what song/album did you hear first and then say "Right, bloody othe these Aussie dudes are class acts..." Then, which album did you buy first? Did you like them from the first realease? Or were you all like me who had to hunt around for their older stuff cause you just didn't discover them in time to be there right from the beginning....

i'm not losing sleep, and i'm not having a spaz. it's kewl. ;D i heard electricity first i think, that's what caught my attention anyway. i bought beautiful sharks first, loved it, got echolalia, then went searching for elsewhere and q&a. still trying to find intermission and the rest. |

i bought beautiful sharks fisrt, a friend had mentioned them to me and a guy i liked at the time played me 'working against me' and i liked that, so thought why not? (even though working isn't on bs) then i got elsewhere, echo and q&a with deane. also still searching for older stuff live at the wireless is up at the moment on ebay but is quite expensive...hehe...student = no money = boo  i put down elsewhere for fav, but i agree it depends on the mood, at the moment it's elsewhere so that gets the special choice ;D |
