This is an email Andrew sent the sfk egroup regarding under 18 shows.... fill out the questionaire and send it back to him to help Paul play some under 18 shows in your area

Thanks to everyone that either contacted myself, Carlene or the Band regarding Under-18's shows.
We'd like to help out, and Paul has again confirmed he's more than willing to play shows for Under 18's. But for us to be able to do anything, we need your help as well. If you are under 18 and would like to see Paul Dempsey play an Under 18's show near you, please complete the following questionnaire and return it to my address

If you are over 18 and can offer any information please feel free to answer the applicable questions.
It's not going to be possible for Paul to play everywhere that
someone wants a show. This tour primarily visits capital cities, so they are the only locations we can consider for under-18's events. Shows can only be held when there is enough demand to make it feasible, and also time constraints have to be considered also. Please feel free to pass this questionnaire onto any friends you know of that would like to see Paul play under 18's shows. The more accurate information we can gather the better.
