I've been doing Education...but it's just not what I want to do with my life. Never was, but it took me a while to realise It's all I've known though...Dad's a principal, Mum works in a school, all our family friends are teachers...I need out! Am going to apply to do Public Relations next year. I won't get any credit for my Ed units, and tomorrow is the last day before you hafta pay HECS...hello cutting it close Big decision...but it's been thirteen months in the making.

80's must be for the lazy ppl I did exactly what you did all through school.... last minute assignments, staying up till 1 am to finish an assignment cause id started it @ 10.30 [after the movie on telly ;D ] the night before it was due As for studying, well ive never studied a day in my life.... ...well thats not true... i would try... but i would get bored so i would put music on while i was studying, then decide to pick up my guitar and.. you get the picture It's like your describing me here... (except the guitar bit-that's beyond me too! hehe) Case and point-year 12 half yearlys are in under a week. Yet Here I am. ;D My older sister was a smart bitch as well...she got 96.05. The first thing I thought when I heard that was "Ohhhhh...fuck. Won't the rellies be happy to hear about my UAI score of 'less than 30'... Especially when even my sisters score let them down! She wanted to do Optometry, and the cut off point was 96.55-so she missed out by half a point. So she's doing pharmacy instead (Oh god...how degrading... ), and everyone was like "Oh well...I'm sure you tried your best." Well, screw them! My parents didn't even attempt year 12 so....meh! Even if I get a big fat 0, I'm a step up on them at least! ;D

My Mum dropped out at year 10, to go to a school to be a Mothercrft nurse, and my Dad got kicked out of school at the start of year 12, for being a lazy bludger. So yeah...I don't see how HE can complain!
But on the other hand...now my Dad is full like "ooooh...HSC-study study study!", so maybe he regrets not trying, and is just trying to stop me from making to same mistake, cos he could have done better.
Or maybe he truly is just a bludger. *shrugg*
