Because I'm bored, I'll tell you what I think of each of these clips (cos I know you want to know). Monsters - Well, that's the one I voted for in the poll, I think it's great. Some priceless facial expressions from Paul and one from Steph where she looks very scared. My opinion is that Clint is out of it too early in the clip. But oh well. Three Dimensions - is cool. That machine is funny and its funny how things start disappearing at the end. *is easily amused* Twenty Years - How can you not love a clip where people smash stuff? This is undeniably everybody's dream and I'm glad SFK have done it. I feel fulfilled. Oh and Jerry is cool. Say Something - Only seen it a couple of times but I like it. I like how its like a big build-up before you actually see the band properly. And the shot of Clint reading is cool. And the thing that Paul does before they start playing is also cool but I can't remember what it is. As you can probably tell, I have put a lot of thought into these. Hehe. ;D Thanks muchly. Breña

i voted for 20 years cause its a mellow song and yet they break stuff......its a bit like, say, guns'n'roses smashing stuff during november rain or bon jovi smashing stuff during bed of roses or machine gun fellatio smashing stuff during unsent letter......okay so there 3 really bad examples, but you get my drift....

i voted for three dimensions coz i love the band, they look cool in their doorless room. i still enjoy 20 years second, smashing up an office. (p.s to catfish : maybe it was a centrelink office!! )

Yeah i went for 20 years as well! The smashing of the TV through the coffeetable just did it for me. Haven't even seen Say Something, but my cousin SMSd me that it was "band in studio". Is that correct? My other cousin is still considering launching his car through his local centerlink doors on his last 2 litres of pertol.

monsters, by a long way... but nothing beats whatever you want from sharks. the clip fits the song perfectly... it's hard to put into words, something about the way the song is. kinda devoid of caring i suppose; like they've fought all this time against the onset of cynicism and now they've just accepted it with a bit of despair. the monkey bars, the false expressions on paul's heads... everything fits the tone of the music and lyrics.
enough rambling. definitely monsters, but twenty years has stuff being smashed (as has been previously mentioned), so it's good too.
i heard a rumour that Steph is topless in Say Something; I'm cynical to say the least, but any ideas anyone?

Fav Echolalia clip would have to be Twenty Years cause it relates to the song and adds more meaning to it.
Steph isn't topless she has a singlet on or something and is standing behind studio equipment which may make it appear as though she is naked.
I like Say Something too no fancy wancy bullshit just SFK, doing what they do best - shown making music.

I agree with Rendered pointless, "monsters" is far and away their best clip. "Twenty years" is pretty good too (would have had slightly more impact if they had all been wearing suits, though... As for "say something" - I'm not touching that one with a twenty foot barge pole (long story)

i really want to ask the band if the only reason they choose 'say something' as the next single was because Home and Away played about 90 seconds of it several months ago, thereby giving it a subliminal helping hand.......

but i heard 'hawaiian robots' on h&a once (or was it neighbours?) so they shouldve made that their next single. ;D
