Yeah love the Dempseys Creek Idea! ;D There could be a character (loosely based on Fred Durst) in this awesome soapie , who trys to con Something For Kate into "Selling Out", and the SFK crew cant figure out whether to do it or not, and the series goes on. In the end SFK end up punching Fred Durst and become e the Hugest band ever!!! lol. 8)

they were calling the Powderfinger tour (NSF) the wiggles tour apparently cos they played at 8 o'clock every night, etc, etc. Yeah, that's all I can remember from that interview. So maybe SFK can support the Wiggles and fulfill their dream of being part of the wiggles tour. speaking of something for kate and teen soaps, you only hide was played in the credits of the secret life of us on monday night. It was cool. I'm sorry but I love that show. I wouldn't really call it a teen soap but I feel it fits in this topic. And yes, I feel you have a winner with the Dempey's Creek idea. Pure brilliance!

yeah what is the deal with sfk popping up in the background of every show on tv? it's almost at the point where i expect to hear them when i occasionally flick through these shows. yes but it can't be bad, maybe annoying and insulting, but not bad, especially in the shows that go to england and stuff cause they're mad about aussie soaps over there. must express my love of dempsey creek. don't forget the annual 'prom' where everyone should be going with someone else and someone's homosexuality (either paul or clint, maybe both) pops up as well.

Dempsey's Creek is thrown into a tailspin when Julian returns in this friday's episode. Life in the big city has changed him, he returns speaking of the bright lights, fast cars, fila tracksuits and a new type of music he calls techno, but is closer to RnB. He is a changed man - he has a new haircut (slicked back), wears gold chains and now follows the italian league soccer. He struggles to fit in. Old passions, however sometimes never die, and it's this passion, the passion that burns below the surface, that can sometimes resurface, back to the surface it was once below, and shows it was always there, all along, bubbling below the surface. Julian has one thing on his mind, and one thing only - his hair (and getting back with Paul too). How will this effect Paul and his new life with his acid wash jeans? How will Stephanie react to the a little competition? How can I mention Clint in this post? Tune in to find out...

dear heartspark, it's the support and love from fans like yourself that keep "Dempsey's Creek" running after all these years. Despite the fact our twelve seasons of action has seen every concievable plot line followed, everly possible relationship developed, rehashed and explored, we continue to generate new shows to satisfy the demand from fans like you. Recieving fan mail such as your own always brings a smile to the cast and crew's faces. Believe or not sometimes there is critism directed toward the show, and its good to see that there are people out there, that apreciate the show. Sure, the so called "critics" might claim we are just running down the same road we've followed in earlier seasons, and the plot lines in our later shows are just recreations of ideas already covered. Fans of the show know this to be false. At "Dempsey's Creek" we never recreate or rehash ideas previously used on the show. We dont have the time for that. We use the original footage, slice it, edit it, and create new shows from the previous episodes in the series. Other's claim our characters have lost touch with the youth of today. I think teen heart throb Clint Hyndman sums our position up beatifully with this quote from an interview he did for seventeen cool teen magazine - "to say that my character isn't realistic is a joke. The problems my character has gone through in Dempsey's Creek, is a carbon copy of the experiences teenagers go through in their five years of senior year". Thankyou very much for your support, as a way of saying thankyou, i have enclosed an autograph photo of one of the major characters of the show - paul's acid wash jeans.

We can't under estimate the value of Dempsey's Creek, and what it has done for our society. Like introducing the word "everly" into common usage.
I personally can't wait for the network cross promotion, Dempseys Creek gets over run by the undead, and need to be saved by Stephy the Vampire Slayer!!!
