CHANNEL [v] Special Channel [v] will premiere a 1 hour Something for Kate special on at 7-00pm on 23rd December. Here you will see some of the Live performances and Interviews from Channel [v]'s archives in addition to a brand new interview and never before seen Live footage . This special will be repeated, keep an eye on www.somethingforkate.com for further details. just saw a preview of it on V and the interview's done by James (one of the V people). He's not too bad, normally gets a few laughs out of me.

I think James is actually quite a big SFK fan, which should make the interview alright, can't wait! ;D

not a bad special indeed... some highlights for me: - interview footage from julian era
- clint mentioning he was inspired to drum by bon jovi
- stephanie's firery response as to why the band wont do fashion shoots for magazines
- and the quip about powderfinger being to afraid to play hackey sack with the band.
There was alot of footage taken from the "v live at HQ" performance, a few film clips (dean martin, roll credit, astronaught, monsters + more). Paul described what he thought film clips should be like and he said something along the lines of the viewer should be left thinking what the fuck? Probably explains alot the SFK clips we've seen over the years. I'm probably gonna be the most hated member of the board after i state that i didn't tape the thing, so unfortunatley i cant help in sending it out to anyone, but it was a very enjoyable hour of somethingfortainment.

At the very beginning it showed Paul, Clint and Julian from about 96 I think, saying what they played and why...as was mentioned, Clint said he started playing drums cos of Bon Jovi. It was quite funny really, just to see footage from that early on.
