I was talking to Paul (Dempsey, you know the guy from S4k), just chatting quietly.
Well, actually, it was after the [v] show with about 50 others, but anyway, point being, found out some cool info -
The band (and maybe management etc) were going to have a debate on whether to release another single off echolalia, and if so, which song. He didn't mention any suggestions, but my guess is happy Endings, Feeding, Say Something are contenders....
I asked if we could expect East on the next single - he replied maybe, but at this stage its not finished. He said they had about 5 or 6 potential b-sides, but they all still needed some work. He seemed like he was saying, don't rush me, or the songs. Very cool.
Your thoughts?

I would love Happy Endings to be the next single. Its my favourite song, buy its also occured to me its a lot of other fans favourite song too, so i guess that would be good. that could also be why they had that competition on sfk.com for fans to write in about their fave song and why.... to help pick the next single I dont think id like East to be the b-side... i love that song but would rather have a new song ive never heard before  |

Id be pretty stoked of SFK released happy endings as a single too. Definitely my favorite song off the album. I was pretty happy when Powderfinger released Waiting For The Sun, cause that was favorite song off that album. Just though Id share that with you all.

And there's been four singles of the last two albums, seems silly not to continue the trend.

i also think white would make a good single, but that would be very left field.
Its interesting that You Only Hide hasn't been mentioned, considering that it was mentioned as a potential single in the echolalia promotional stuff.

personally i'd like to see happy endings or stunt show, mainly because they are quality songs, but also because they ahve a chance of seeing some time on mainstream radio, which is certainly deserved and would be good to see, or hear, maybe |
