Good hard up front rock pop. But, I can't get this feeling out of my head that its all been done before. Sort like taking it for granted, "ho hum, not anonther brilliant spiderbait album...". But it does have an funky cover.
Speaking of funky covers, how amazing was the end to the first cricket test against New Zealand? It just shows how far cricket has come. Even 2 or 3 years ago both teams would have played out a meaningless draw. Don't be hard on Steve Waugh for nearly losing the test, congratulate him on nearly winning it....

Big thumbs down to channel 9!!! NSW folk missed the last hour of the cricket because channel9 decided the news was more important

as for news, has anybody ever noticed that it's an acronym for the four directions of the compass - ie North, East, West, South ?? maybe there's something in that...

Look guys, there is a wee little section in the Say Something forum titled “Non Something for Kate Discussion”, If you want to talk about cricket (I’m sure there is one hundred sporting forums that would be quite happy to accept your comments, please don’t do it here), tangerines, Spiderbait or any other subject that doesn’t relate to the original subject, post in the Non SFK section or start a new thread. I though all you SFK fans preached the “Say something” word. Let me remind you of it: if you’re got nothing important or relevant to say, keep it to yourself. Some of you hang of Paul’s words like he is a God or something. It seems to me a lot of you agree with him because it’s Paul, not because you actually agree with what he’s saying. Having an opinion is good, but when you condition yourself into believing someone else’s view it’s not really an opinion, is it? When it all boils down Paul Dempsey is just another opinion. There are plenty of musicians out there preaching the same issues. What makes this man so special is the way he delivers his views: through great music.

I don’t have a diary as such but I usually carry around a little note pad & pen wherever I go. Good lyrical ideas can hit you at the most inopportune moments. If you didn’t already know, there are some of Paul Dempsey’s diary entries from the “Lack of rhythm” (?) tour on SFK.com.

'Katy could you please edit out pointless, unrelated to the topic conversation over the forum. Maybe even add a new section in the forum titled general chitchat so users don’t have to weed their way through crap to find other peoples comments on a topic that they’re actually interested in'
Shouldnt this be in the site discussion section??

Would you lot stop the pointless bickering.
I have a music diary in which i write tabs, lyrics and how I feel about different music in general.

i prefer to keep a journal on the computer - surprisingly, my family find it harder to find my journal online then they do when i keep a paper and pen one. and yeah, i just like posting random and pointless things - and that way friends get to see what i really think too.

my diaries only ever physically last a month at most. basically i write them at times of extremes, and then when i come around to the other extreme, i destroy them in a pique of anger.
Potential lyrics, or as i prefer to call them, "extremely bad teen angst bittersweet whiney whinging bad stupid poetry", i keep for eternity.

Whenever i sit down and try and write lyrics it NEVER happens....
i carry a notepad and pen around with me all the time cause ideas seem to come out of thin air when you least expect it
