SCORE! I'm the first. Hmm.. having not thought what I wanted to say before I clicked 'reply' I think i'll just rant... Let's see... Something For Kate were the first band I could actually get into. Most probably because they don't just leave out this country on tours- might that be because they are Aussies... Anyhoo... the music has kind of helped my brighten up during my 'depressive teenage years' woo! Art class they have helped me with in the whole inspiration bit as with english. Erm... they were the first great gig I went to. And as you can all see I suck at messages. But anyway they are well appreciated in my world. There I'm done.

Paul, thanks for not beating me up when I drunkenly leered at your girlfriend during my bucks night last year.

I have only just discovered you guys (in the UK of all places) but I got there in the end. Thankyou so much for your music. It has opened doors for me, and inspires me so much while I paint. I can't wait for your new album, and to see you guys live!

Not only will the band not read this, but possibly no one else will too judging by the dates of these posts!! Might not be a bad thing. However.... One birthday in 2003, my brother gives me $50. "Go buy yourself a bottle of something, and this album Elsewhere for 8 minutes". As I've heard Hallways and Electricity being one of my all time fave songs, I say why not. Music at this time was boring me so much I ran out of tears. A sound explosion, a revelation, even a newfound clarity followed a short while later. I was instantly hooked on the unique stylings that is something for kate. I know its sounds a little pathetic, but it did change my life. I realised there is more like me out there, and not to be afraid. I realised that I would grow if I believed in myself. Anyway, I sidetrack. Two weeks after my bday, The official tour comes out to Adelaide. And funnily, SFK seem to tour adelaide around my bday quite often. woohoo. Fortunately, I got my other bro hooked on SFK so we've been in it together a few times. I suppose, I'm saying thanks for all the good times I've had, for helping me hold my head up high when everyone doubtd me, for the seeds to sow to grow the idea. Its been wonderful. Thankyou
