Even though I don't like Glen Richards' voice, it works well on this song, and it's my favourite on the album.

I didn't like Glen Richards' voice at first either, but its really grown on me. It reminds me of snow though. So a northern hemisphere december, not an Australian one. This song and Districts of Elvis are probably my favourites. The album is probably the greatest thing joining this forum gave me |

Yeah Districts of Elvis is great, I like Almost Too Perfect a lot as well.

Heh. Friendships.
The record certainly is a barely noticed gem on the face of Australian 90's indie music (of which I have disappointingly little, still).
It would be awesome if Dempsey continued in this vein for his upcoming solo record. But we all know he wont.

There used to be an ftp hosted by one of the members (gravityau) where lots of deleted and miscellaneous stuff was made available to all. So far as I know that ftp is no longer running so tracking down An Empty Flight will probably prove more difficult now.
