My name is Zach, and I'm a 16-year-old guy living in country Victoria.
My first memory of Something For Kate is Song For A Sleepwalker - it featured on a free CD that had either a blue or an orange cover that came in either the Age or The Herald Sun. I would have been about nine at the time, I guess, so if I had heard any other songs by them I can't remember (I was 6 when Monsters was released).
And then nothing, for six or seven years. It was by pure chance that in March 2011 my brother bought Rock Box 2, that had Deja Vu on it. So I bought The Murmur Years, to get a feel for the rest of their songs, and see whether I'd buy any more of their CD's. Instant favourites were Cigarettes and Suitcases, Three Dimensions and Electricity.
From then I bought Echolalia and Desert Lights at Leading Edge Music, Warrnambool. I was overwhelmed by Echolalia, particularly Old Pictures and Seasick, neither of which were on The Murmur Years, and I love Desert Lights, particularly Transparanoia.
I bought the remaining albums off eBay, and I'm always listening to them. I'd say The Official Fiction is my favourite album, but I love all of them.
I can't wait to see what's next...

It's good to hear that SFK continues to get some new fans, you are probably the youngest here as the majority of us is in late twenties/early thirties. The forum will be more active in the coming months with the release of the new album.
