Here's a head-start for the tab, it's not quite complete and I can't remember all the intricacies yet but here's what I've figured out. The bridge is definitely not righ after the C chord, so a little help?

i once went through a phase of trying to figure this song out.

i only have a couple of additions and what not to your tab... (all of which you've probably already figured out )

the first part of the chorus, the G and the A, seems to go something like this:
