Well i applied for social work at Syd Uni and social work / social science at UNSW. I'm pretty sure i will get into Syd, unless the marks go up heaps fingers crossed, not sure which one i would rather do does anyone have any advice about which uni is best?

well i seem sooooooo old now (even tho i'm only 23) considering most of u r school kids / recent school leavers...
...i just finished studying 6 full time years at uni. I am now a fully registered Psychologist in the state of NSW (i just got me flash new rego card! yipee!) and will be graduating from uni for the 3rd time in April (yawn). *In November 2002 i finished a 2 year Masters degree in Psychology (Sports) at Uni of Western Sydney *In 2001 i did a post-grad dip in Psych at Uni of Western Sydney *In 1997 i did a 3 year Arts degree majoring in Psych & Sociology at UNSW
Now, i'm working as an occupational psychologist for WorkDirections, with unemployed people facing mutiple barriers to employment, mainly psychological issues.
I've never travelled overseas, this year is my first time ever earning a decent full-time wage, and i'm sick to death of studying for the time being, but plan to do a Doctorate in Psychology in 2004.

oh and kristy, i went to UNSW and really hated it until my final year. It's a bigger pain to get to (depending on where you live of course) than Sydney Uni, and the people who go there are overall more up themselves and pretentious than those that attend USyd. If i could choose over, i'd go to Sydney instead.
Best thing about UNSW - the coffee cart on the library lawn!

Wow to your flash new job must be exciting!! And i have pretty much chosen Syd Uni because it is easier to get to and because they were much more helpful in helping me figure out why i didn't a first round offer, if i had just accepted UNSW people blowing me off i wouldn't be going to Syd at all this year. I have never been to either uni so it should be interesting pretty scary too i withdrew from my degree in Canberra yesterday, well actually i took 'leave' in case i change my mind in the next few weeks
