Are there are Kevin Smith fans here? Have you seen this movie? I can see why the arts club would be good. It would be a good place to talk about movies like this one.

KS is brilliant, but i haven't seen Jersey Girl yet because i've heard it sucks donkey balls.
Fans should also check out the directors version DVD of Donnie Darko, Kevin gives an audio commetry with Richard Whatsyname. Really interesting, and funny at times.

I'm a huge KS fan and Jersey Girl is now my favourite movie of his. Granted it's not like his other movies, but you should definitely give it a chance. I remember waiting for months for it to be released, but by the time it came out, if I had of seen Bennifers face one more time (thanks to the paparazzi) I would of started to stab people with forks or something.
For this reason I eventually forgot about it until I saw it in the video store just a few months ago. I watched it twice, and then bought a copy I loved it so much ...
Ignore the reviews. I think watch it and give it a chance because you may like it. It was also the best acting I've seen out of Ben Affleck. The special features are good too. It has some skits KS did for SNL, and a pretty long interview with Kevin and Ben.
Has anyone bought the 10th Anniversary Clerks DVD thing? I'm going to order one eventually, but I was wondering what was included on the special features and if it was any good?
