Thanks  Stupid people, i am soooo over mosh pits. But then again, that could just be my grey hair coming out. I know how much i used to love it when i was younger so i guess you can't blame them  Grr they aren't even coming near me Deane so i feel your pain  |

Yeah i did They were here ages ago and i passed it up to go and do something else, thinking they would be here again soon [like most stuggling bands who tour heaps] but damn my remarkable lack of foresight ...  |

i managed to get tickets to melbourne and sydney on monday, but nothing special. then today i got my adelaide tickets, and tickets to the second sydney show.
what was the deal with only making it clear that there were 2 shows in melbourne and sydney at the last minute?
and no GA blows!! i can understand that the band dont want a repeat of roskilde, but even adelaide is seated! a tragic loss to a great atmosphere of GA outdoor shows.

Will do Deane, i'm also going to see Foo Fighters ;D quite happy about that too.
I can't believe there are still tickets left for Pearl Jam, i would go if i could afford to.

Yeah they announce the 2nd show at the last minute to deter scalpers and stupid people from Kings coaches and the like who buy way too many tix. Usually they leave thinking that's it heh heh. i bought my adelaide tickets from an agency, and there werent a great deal of people lining up. i was still able to get 3 tickets 20 rows from the stage off of the website when i got back home for a friend, so tickets werent running out the door here in adelaide.
i had to buy the east coast tickets off the ticketek website, which was a full hour after they went on sale, and i still managed some half decent seats. next time i shall get me a crew to purchase seats for each individual show, rather than me doing it all.
