Ear plugs is a good idea. 
I came back from Motor Ace 3 hours ago and my ears aren't ringing, but they feel like they've been stuffed with cotton wool and now I can't hear properly.
Excellent gig though-ha ha ha me an friends got a set of drum sticks and 2 picks from the second support-Speed Star and we got a Motor Ace stick!!!! I just missed out on a setlist (or they figured we had enough)
