i believe the current owners of sex.com are claiming that exact amount in damages from verisign (domain registrar) cause verisign transferred the ownership on the basis of a forged letter. stupid verisign. they didn't even call the person, just transfered the most expensive domain over to a nobody. What if some joe ordinary did that to your website? would the courts care? the true owner spent heaps on legal eagles...

!!!! These things are pretty valuable now! Verisign must be pretty dumb to fall for that. Good luck to the guy who just got a $60000 domain for (probably) around $100.
