Front End Loader live

Some of you guys may or may not care [Sharky will ] but i saw Front End Loader live the other night - [they were supporting Grinspoon for gods sake. I can't believe how popular they have become ] anyway i would just like to say it was amazing. I can't believe how incredibly tight they were for the style of music they play. Crowd didn't seem to get into it too much, but they were fantastic. They deserve so much more recognition than they have

Perhaps if they looked more like rockstars they would get a better response?

i wanted to go see them last friday but i couldn't stand the idea of wasting precious money on grinspoon. also being in a gold coast crowd put me off.

It's weird whenever i write on this board late at night i come the next day and think, did i write that? Sometimes i write the craziest [sp] stuff. I guess this is the nerds equilivant to having a rowdy drunken night and wondering how you did all the stuff the next day ;D

Want to hear more of my useless ramblings? I had a dream about the guy from Grinspoon which was really weird cause i was currently in my 'over' Grinspoon phase and hadn't listened to them or talked about them for months. Anyway the lead singer guy was in my entire dream, and i went out drinking that night then i saw him at the mercury. Weird eh.

Yeah it sucked to have to pay more but oh well Hopefully playing with Grinspoon will give them lots of exposure.

I was going to go to see them with Grinspoon on Friday at Penrith Panthers, unfortunately all tickets sold out before I had a chance to get one.

Some of my friends went, said it was EXCELLENT ;D

I know they all sold out fast! First of all they were going to play the Bar on the Hill and the tickets sold out straight away, so i was naturally pissed, but then they moved it to the brennan room [much larger - where they hold they annual uni ball] and they had thousand more tickets on sale. I bought mine the first day more went on sale, but the day after that it had sold out again!

The only other band i remember selling that place out [headlining their own show, not for the uni ball] is powderfinger
