Where is it?
HAVE YOU STOLEN IT?
WHERE IS MY MUSE?!
I can't write songs.
Are there any fellow writing musicians here?
Help me find my muse.
I've got Pauldempseymania.. or.. writers block and it's killing me to the end that I'm writing about it on a forum. A something for kate forum none the less.. not that that has any relevance what-so-ever.
ARGH!

No, but I plan to because I am certain there is a miniature soccer ball under there.

I just got a new muse, well several actually. In the last 3 weeks I've written so much based on all my muses.
Life itself still ranks pretty high as the ultimate inspiration.

My writing ability has slowly come back, I've written a couple of new songs but I'm having trouble with lyrics.
My theoretical physical muse has returned so maybe that can inspire me a bit more, but holidays suck because I spend most of my fricken life indoors.

For almost 2 years lyrics failed me. I had plenty of music, but no lyrics to go with it.
Now, I have a plethora of lyrics, or short ramblings or thoughts but I am lacking the music. The old music doesn't work with these new lyrics........ different time, different head space.
Together I could publish a book of poetry but it would be reminiscent of a 14 year old boys diary (and that's not good form).
Woe is me.

Aye it takes time and life experience. You're taking it all in now, you must take in then you may give back. Inhale information, exhale information. Today is your deep breath.

I need to finish the song by this week. My school's doing this thing called Kool Skools where you record your songs and stuff and we audition this week. I think I'm pretty much guaranteed a spot but I'd still like to have the song finished. We go in to record in September, I'll be sure to post my track for anyone who really wants to see it when I can.

I disagree with that. Just to be different, I keep looking in a few more spots after I have found what I'm looking for.
Possibly because I'm just weird, or possibly because I take songs to heart and live by their teachings and I've always been a sucker for U2's "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." (That'd make me even weirder.)
I'm shutting up now.
