a great pink floyd song. i was thinking, its obviously not a hate song, but a strong song against authority & stuff like that. im surprised that the song didnt result in like school riots or something back in the 80's. oh well. maybe i might buy echoes that best of pink floyd album while its out.

I think back in the 80s Pink Floyd were entering their "old man band" status that they sport today. Sure "Another Brick in the Wall" is all about revolution, but to the kids o' the 80's it would project the angst similar to maybe a Phil Collins album. If you want to buy a Pink Floyd album try and get hold of their really early stuff that thay wrote with Sid Barrett. More of a novelty/drug induced album.
I have a bike, you can ride it if you like, It has a shiny new bell, And things to make it look good,
If thats not your scene buy "The Wall" or "Dark Side of the Moon" albums. Anything after that borders on general crap. Opinions, opinions, opinions.
