This is a crazy pipe dream. Once - just once I'd like to be listed on the Welcome page as the funniest member. I've been trying really hard to attain this level of recognition since I first joined the boards, but have been overlooked in favour of people who are likely to post once every 5 years, or those who have unhealthy interests in their siblings.

okay - time for some humour.
I'm feverishly anticipating the release of "Ned Kelly" starring thespian and amatuer marine biologist Heath Ledger - I released that Australian film makers have a habit of elevating the underdog to hero status - despite the fact they may be sociopathic ward dwelling nutjobs(ie: Chopper, and more recently - Crackerjack - there is nothing more frightening than Mick Molloy in Bowling Whites)
With this is mind, I'm currently involved in preproduction on my directing debut:

There are 36 reasons to see this film
It would be a simple narrative of a special young man'ss triumph over adversity (and the logistics of carrying a small armoury in a shoulder bag).
