the pakistani woman, that reconstructive and denae, the use of the word plastic in plastic surgery doesnt actually refer to what they put in you, i dont have a plastic ear for example. it's to do with the instruments or soemthing, i dunno, but they dont make plastic parts for humans everyone judges superficially, even if it's supconcious, we all do. i really dont think anyone has the right to pass judgement on others people's decessions. people feel insecure for all different reasons, and as i sai,d if you use cosmetic surgery in moderation, and that'll make you feel better, then go for it.

Isn't it better to have people appreciate you for who you are rather then whats on the outside. I'm all for that, but when some people will dismiss you or give you a hard time purely based on looks, to the point where it shatters your self-confidence, then is it a crime to change something to feel better about yourself? And yes, it is incredibly superficial, but human beings are superficial, and as much as anyone would like to tell you otherwise, appearances do matter to a certain extent. What's the point of being beautiful on the inside if no-one ever sees past the outer layer?

I think it's one thing to sit here and say that it's whats on the inside that matters, and while thats true (or at least it should be true ), it would probably feel very different for those have a certain part of their body that appears abnormal in some way. If it gets to the point where you're constantly paranoid about it, then yeah-maybe plastic surgery isn't such a bad idea. It's just when people are totally obsessed with making themselves look perfect, or not letting their looks go with age that that it really becomes pathetic.

i dunno. if my chest gets much bigger, i'd seriously consider a breast reduction. i'd be worried about sensitivity afterwards, however. and yeah, i'm uncomfortable with little bits of flab lying around, so i'd think about liposuction, but yeah, it's not much point really for me i'd imagine - and they'd only do it in extreme cases, yeah? and.. my nose. i hate it. it's so... german. but i doubt i'd change that. just my chest.

It's like Kevin Spacey's character says in American Beauty, he works out so he can look good naked in the mirror. We're all vain to some degree. No one actually goes to the gym because they enjoy torturing themself. um .....I'm sure I had a point here when I started writing this.....

so is kevin spacey i agree with it untill it gets to the point of making a person more beauitful for the sake of it like if a person has been badly burned or has been born with a disfigurment, or their finger was chopped off in some machine etcetcetc then i'm all for it or someone with very large breasts gets bad back strain form it.. but yeah, when it's plumping up lips, or facelifts etcetc i don't agree and liposuction sounds nice and everything, you know, losing fat overnight, but i don't agree with that either. it's sorta the easy way out (lipo), if you get it just for cosmetic reasons.

Yes, of course, heart attacks aren't fun, but as a result of getting fit you'll be more... um, buff.

No one actually goes to the gym because they enjoy torturing themself. well, *raises hand* i do. as i've said before, there's something very therapuetic about being able to smell your own body odour. then again, you told me i was a masochistic once, so eh. *shrugs*
