I heard on the radio today that Pearl Jam are coming to Australia next year. First date released is Rod Laver Arena : Feb 18th. Anyone else heard anything? Anyone else going? Or even like them? Or seen them live before? I saw them live in 1998 in Melb and then again in 2000 in Glasgow, Scotland. NOTE: Pearl Jam fans are insane.  |

I've seen them 3 times. I heard there are 4 confirmed dates for Australia, so i assume that's just one in a few capitals. They did that last time though and then unveiled 2 extra shows at each venue [which was quite good at detering the scalpers and people from places like Kings Coaches from taking all the tickets who were stupid and left after the first show sold out ;D] I plan to camp out to ensure i get tix [and good ones at that  ]. Anyone from here planning to camp out in the newy area? |

i have work at 9am that day  8 days to convicne my pearl jam hating friends to camp out for a concert they dont want to see... or i could just take the morning off work (which is looking like the more likely option) eitherway i'm hoping for extra shows |

Eeep i don't know. I just found out the tix go on sale next week so i don't think i will be able to camp out - i have jury duty  It depends how long that goes on for ... |
