i luvvvvv tracks 4 and 5......that album in one word is "beautiful"......when will they tour?
i love the fact i don't understand what they're saying, makes you appreciate the poetry inherent in the sound of language rather than be sidetracked by meaning....
apparently they like playing shows in old churchs are similar...

track 3 is my favourite!! #7 is also awesome. The fact that you don't understand what they are singing about is great because it reduces the vocalists to being another instrument within the ensemble. And I agree with your comments as well spongey. The orchestration is just incredible!! ;D As for the sonic purity of Sigur Ros's music, paulie has his work cut out to top that (not even within cooee)!  Maybe paulie needs to go the church more...  |
