Whenever I hear the line "Open Fire" from Ana's song, I think it is a cue to start shooting people with eating disorders.

yeah, I was letting the blood run free for about a week before I realised my course of action might not be waht Danny was getting at.
Those poor Waifs. On a more cheery note, at least you can stack 5 of them in the one coffin.

For me Powderfinger were a let down both times I've seen them. The first time I saw them was on their last tour at Festival Hall when Something For Kate supported them. It's possible though that after seeing my favourite band-Something For Kate-perform nothing could exceed that. Then the next time I saw them was at Livid this year. And I wasn't impressed really maybe it's just cos it was the end of a big day and I was really tired iono.

I saw them on the same tour, but in Sydney at the Horden. I found Powderfingers set to be pompous and arrogant, and I think Bernard Fanning is more of a "precocious little c*nt" than even Ben Lee.

He definetly is arrogant. On the tour for 'Internationalist' i went to see them at the workers. They were big but no where near as big as they are now. Anyway, i was hanging out the back to meet them, me my friend, my brother and 2 other people so it's not like there was a mob or anything. We were just standing around casually and the 2 guitarists came right up to us. We were just going to get stuff signed and leave them alone but they were asking all about the town etc and were soooo friendly yakking away to us! Anyway, while we were talking to them Bernard was coming down the back walkway and saw us fans there and did this really dramatic sign as if to suggest 'oh i am sooo big and popular, now look what i have to put!' and he rolled his eyes and then turned around and went back the way he came! He must have left via another exit. I dunno but that was really fucking rude. It's not like we were standing there screaming at him or anything. He's just a rude wanker.

It must be really hard for him having women wanting to meet him. The stress! What a miserable existance.

Back on topic, i would have to say that i was very dissapointed at how shit i was last night when i treid to be DJ using some decks and a mixer. It's not all my fault as i had no idea what buttons to press and had no idea about half the records that were there. And as i found out its pretty hard to mix the Beastie Boys - Sabotage with pretty much anything especially Will Smith - Men in Black theme. Though it has made me interested in investing in some decks as its a total chick magnet, having a pair of headphones around your neck and spinning some funky tunes.

what about that fucko Kram from Spiderbait? Which reminds me of that pretentious side project he did with the equally arrogant Richie from Tumbleweed: Hot Rollers.
