Corporate Ho
If she wants to sell out and be a complete whore in the process thats her choice... but maybe she should consider how many young girls look up to her and the kind of messages she is sending them.

aah britney... i reckon she is all image. she can't sing or write lyrics. she only sells because she dances around half naked and poses for rolling stone in skimpy school-girl attire... peodaphile's dream!

Here we go again...
Easy target.
Why are we so concerned at the "message" she sends? Why not worry more about the "messages" being sent by the pop and rock stars on drugs?
I'm so sick of people agging Britney because they want to bag pop music, and since she's the biggest at the moment, she cops all the flak for everything that's wrong with pop music, whether or not it applies to her.
She's doing what she loves and has been doing it since she was a kid. No different to (for example) Matthew Lloyd. Yes, she's helped a lot by her sex appeal, but I think you'll find everyone does that. Don't blame Britney for it. She's not the only one to do it, and she wasn't the first either.
Better prepare yourself people, this always ends up being a long topic.

We are concerned with the 'message' she sends because whether she likes it or not being a celebrity has responsibility - especially when people hang off someones every word and action. She isnt being blamed for the mistakes off all pop music, but just cause she wasnt the first to do it doesnt mean she shouldnt be accountable for her actions. Britney [as much as she and the record company wishes] is not BIG. U2 are big. The Rolling Stones are big. It also doesnt help the continual [no im not a hairy feminist] plight of the modern woman which is set back by people like her. Girls need role models like Steph........ Young girls should want to be intelligent, informed and respected like Steph, and realise they dont have to prance around like a bimbo sprouting "dont ask me im just a girl" in a push up bra. A bit off topic, but i saw Oprah the other day and they had girls that were 5 [yes i said 5] years old who had anorexia!!! This is pretty fucked up! But to give another view point, i once heard Paul talk about pop music saying "have they really sold out?... they've stayed true to their ideals... to get famous and sell lots of records. good for them. " Or something to that effect. The way it was written seemed to suggest the last line was a bit sarcastic and said with distain as opposed to approval [so you get a fair perspective ] Back to Britney... shes just doing what she loves? What is that exactly.... cause shes not a musician, she doesnt write the music, or most likely the lyrics either.....
